All MATT & NAT accessories are satisfaction guaranteed. If not completely satisfied, you may get a full refund or exchange, not including shipping charges, for up to 30 days from date of purchase.

Our Manufacturer Guarantee

MATT & NAT guarantees our accessories are free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for an exchange for up to 365 days from date of purchase.

Within 30 days of delivery date:

• All exchanges and returns must be received within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition
• Defective items returned within 30 days of purchase will be exchanged at no expense to the customer

After 30 days of delivery date:

• Shipping charges for defective items returned after 30 days of purchase are the responsibility of the customer
• The exchanged item will be shipped back at no additional cost to the customer
